So upside down would be for mountain climbers, planks and a ton of other exercises. **Q: How does this compare to the Elite grey model?** A: This model has the feel you would expect from the normal BOSU Balance Trainer, with added benefit of the textured grip and visual aid of the markings. The Elite is a much firmer dome for higher impact type exercises, and less of a balance challenege. **Q: I'm missing the plug. Does anyone know what size plug this requires so I can order one?** A: You can order them from the official bosu website. **Q: Does this product have resistance bands, or a place where resistance bands could be attached?** A: No resistance bands came with mine but you could put them under your feet or the bottom if your bands are long enough.
