I would be concerned since the stores I purchased at keep refrigerated but Amazon does not. Last time I tried to order this from Amazon, it was shipped in a paper yellow bubble mailer, no cold packs and left in a sunny place on my property. Not to mention the delivery carriers non cooled environments too are another cause for concern. This product is not cheap, so I prefer to ensure it is at full quality.
