## Questions & Answers

**Q: how do you get them off?**
A: Before I put one on, I put of strip of face cream down the middle of my nose. I also crease the strip in the middle. It adheres well to the sides of my nose and comes off easier when I lift the sides together. In the beginning I used uni-solve, an adhesive remover wipe. I prefer the clear strips because cream on the bridge of my nose and creasing the middle makes the adhesive remover unnecessary.

**Q: Best way to get them off?**
A: COCONUT OIL! I just slather a small amount all over (maybe a 1/4 of teaspoon-ish) and on the edges especially. By the time you've worked it in, it's already coming off. Just gently work it in and around. In about 30 seconds it's off. Wash the remaining glue with soap and warm water. Apply more coconut oil because it's just so good for you and your skin! I didn't want to wait for a shower. I'm currently using the original.

**Q: Where are they made?**
A: I see that European pads are made in Co. Wexford and Bournemouth in UK.

It reduced the snoring by around 80% according to my wife, so it is effective. You can immediately feel your breathing becoming easier after applying it. You have to apply it correctly though exactly as per the instruction. Check the position correctly before applying because once you apply then it cannot be removed easily to change position. The adhesive is strong, so you need to clean your nose thoroughly after removing next morning.
