Even here in PSORIASIN , it’s among the ingredients..I was cured totally form Psoriasis, I got a very natural skin after 2 months of continues treatment, the reason it came back to me because I didn’t continue the medication and the prevention treatment, simply because I can not find the item anymore!I was purchasing HUMCO coal tar solution from USA through online shopping, and suddenly it is no longer available! The thousands of dollars my family spent on ridiculous treatments that didn't work was a real disappointment, but we didn't know any better and had to try something. This is the best stuff I've used so far for my moderate affliction. Use at your own risk. I put it on when my skin was DRY. I've used other products that say DO NOT apply to wet skin. I've got areas on my arms and legs and around my waist that are bad. I've seen other people who have this crap all over their entire body. I truly feel sorry for myself, but I feel even worse for the people who have it worse than me. I used this product for 4 days straight about 4x a day, and my flakes are gone. It's still red where the flakes were, but it's "smooth" skin now and it doesn't itch. I have stopped using it completely as a test to see how long it will take for the flakes and itchiness to come back. The only thing I can think of that I really don't like is the smell--the smell is really strong, in my opinion, BUT IT'S WORTH IT TO ME. The product is also a bit greasy/oily until it soaks it, but again IT'S WORTH IT TO ME. Based on my initial use, I must give this product 5 stars.
