I say they are the Bently of the power tool market. Their products are all F-You expensive, but I cannot help it they are so well made and perform so well all I do is wait out my days until I can afford, well justify rather, buying another of their products. Thats why I'm writing this review to sauy I'm a little perplexed that they dint get this product as perfectly as their others. The problem with this device is that if you get at all agressive with this sander as you are using it, it will pop off the extractor hose. The first time it happened I was taken aback. How could this be, this is a FESTOOL product, it's got to be perfect. That must have been me. So then when it kept happening again and again, I began to see that maybe in fact it is the product. Now when I do use it, I have to be extra careful to not manhandle it and it will stay on. Just was surprised, as the mere nature of our business is typically done with some force, but not in the case of this sander.
