I'm the type that likes to have their sink accessories match and I didn't want to have to buy a new set just because I managed to break the soap pump beak off. I figured selecting a replacement product was a crap shoot so I went with this company due to the Coke cap test, which worked.I'm very pleased. The black one is attractive, sturdy, is working flawlessly, and it doesn't drip! Plus one pump dispenses enough Softsoap liquid for a light hand washing and you can build from there if needed. I'm happy to have the second one to tuck away for my old age ;)

Quality is amazing at a very good price. This isn’t not cheaply made it works very good and does not break fast like the ones you buy at Ross or dds. Easy to use

The size is perfect to replace to worn and corroded pump on my Lenox soap dispenser. Looks nice, feels solid, I like having the two different lengths of tubing. Feels like it should have some longevity.

So happy I purchased this replacement pump. It works so much better than the original one. Would give it five stars if tge straw was a little bit longer. Not sure why soap pumps straws are so short.

Loved this soap pump replacement, until a few months ago. After well less than a year of use (and not heavy use either as is in 2nd/guest bathroom), it started rusting! So much for stainless steel that won’t rust. It’s primarily at the end of the spout, where the soap comes out. Will be looking for another, but different replacement now.
