**Q: Is it same as prenatal**
A: No, because this is for after the baby is born. This will help with lactation a well. If anything it’s more like a multivitamin. It does help a little with regulation, probably cause it doesn’t have as much iron as a prenatal

**Q: Why is there no calcium or magnesium in this supplement?**
A: Calcium and magnesium are not included as these minerals are very large and will often compete for absorption of the smaller vitamins/minerals found in a multi.

I ordered these around 6 months postpartum because I liked the healthier ingredients. I noticed it did help me feel more energized and helped with my bruising due to getting the extra vitamins. However it did not help with my milk supply. It’s a bigger pill but easy to swallow. Does smell and tasty funky so take it quick lol. I am now a year postpartum and done breastfeeding and have switched to their regular women’s vitamins and love those also. Overall a great vitamin.
