And now I am throwing out many things because this will replace them. I give it a ten for zoodles. A ten for making guacamole, a ten for grating cheese. I will give it a 9.5 for making goldfish dough, but since I used almond flour, it may have reduced the rating. I was going to get a kitchen aid processor, but it was so badly rating, I canceled to buy this. The only thing that gets a lower rating, to a 6, is the plastic bowl. You can tell it will break very easily, so I will treat it as a princess and not hold it by the handle when bowl is full. My suggestion to you is to improve with a heavier plastic, because the rest is grade ten, why lower the rating due to flimsy plastic bowl?
