The insulation bags are flexible, reflective, with thermal insulation outside and inside, they seem to work pretty well keeping cold chocolate chips from getting soft.

Will keep food at original temperature

Basically paper inside with foam liner and a foil outside, so the inside surface easily absorbs any spills and cannot be washed or rinsed off so has to be discarded. So reusable to a point. But for the price, can't complain.
