Review: Great to work with - Follow a girl online who bakes cakes and she recommended this. It is a little more expensive but it is very good and I had no breakages when rolling it and applying it to my cake. Will definitely buy again the marshmallow one is really nice.

My daughter recently had a baking competition at school where she decided to do a world cake, so I got renshaw blue and green icing. The colours are always very vibrant, and the icing fondant easy to work with, it's soft but firm enough to keep shapes you create, easy to roll and also to patch up if you mess up. She was very happy with her cake and won first place!

A: You need approx. 500 gram fondant to cover a round cake with dia of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20x20 cm.

**Q: What shade is this please?**
A: I bought it to make lightning McQueen from Disney cars and it was spot on for that

**Q: Is this fondant nut free?**
A: I don't think it contains nuts

Follow a girl online who bakes cakes and she recommended this. It is a little more expensive but it is very good and I had no breakages when rolling it and applying it to my cake. Will definitely buy again the marshmallow one is really nice.

I used to make a lot of novelty cakes years ago and renshaw was always my go to for it's quality. My daughter recently had a baking competition at school where she decided to do a world cake, so I got renshaw blue and green icing. The colours are always very vibrant, and the icing fondant easy to work with, it's soft but firm enough to keep shapes you create, easy to roll and also to patch up if you mess up. She was very happy with her cake and won first place!

There are only two ready mixed colours that I would buy, which are red and black from Renshaw. These colours are very hard to achieve yourself without using huge quantities of food colouring, which would then impact upon the structure of your fondant. I find them really useful and they seem to store for ages. I don't tend to use large amounts of these colours so find that very useful. Very easy to roll out and overall a good product. I'm not sure that I would try and cover a cake with them though because they are almost too soft, though others may disagree,
