This is a heavy duty , quality , one or two step handrail. I'm a 72 yr old lady and installed it myself using an 18 " hole and a bag of Quikrete .

I am redoing my garden and was going up and down brick stairs with my hands full many times. I really felt I needed a handrail but nothing big. This one is perfect. I did paint it black because it only came in dark gray. I am so happy with it as it gives me something to hold onto but is not overwhelming. The curves make it very cute as well. Also it’s really sturdy!

I needed a porch railing in a hurry. Since there are 2 risers on my porch, I couldn't sink the recommended length. The post is perfect size to accommodate 4 lengths of rebar, which was perfect to extend length and increase sturdiness of the post. This handrail was sufficient to fit my needs. And it's pleasing to the eye.

I have looked for a single step handrail that mounts in the ground as I did not want to drill into my concrete step. 40 pounds on concrete into a hole dug by a fence post digger and the rail was installed and secure in less than 30 minutes.
