The $200 we spent seemed to be a lot, but I thought to myself, if I get my abs in shape and at the same time, strengthen my back, and lose a bit of weight, I will save more than $200 with Dr. bills that I won’t have. When I got the total gym, I could do 25 reps on level one. I did that for a few days and then pulled it up to level two for two sets of 25 rips now few weeks later I can do 100 reps on level three and my clothes are getting more loose and my abs are getting tighter. it was a great addition to my workout schedule.
