The OXO spaghetti server is great for collecting a single noodle from the boiling water to check for al dente, for stirring in sauces or butter or heavy cream for alfredo, for folding in extra sharp cheddar cheese for making cheese spaghetti (a favorite), and for serving all types of pasta. And it works great for serving cooked veggies. The utensil is sturdy, with a solid feeling gripper handle, it doesn't feel flimsy as some others we've tried. Overall this is the best spaghetti server ever! Definitely would recommend the OXO Spaghetti Server to others.
