I have a hard time getting my aligners off but these hooks make it easy. I start at the back and work forward on each side. The hook fits in the invisalign case with the trays. The dentist didn't mention tools like this, but my internet searching found them. At first, he thought he wouldn't use them very much, but now he does almost every day. I think it's handy to have two, so you can do both the left and right size at the same time. They are a great size; not bulky, but still easy to grasp. He's been using them for about three months now, and we're really glad we got them. They're a great price for how convenient & durable they are. You'd think it would be easy to remove the trays, but it can be tricky, and these make it so much easier.
