When I came home I tried to find more Heilmann’s Chocolate only to eventually learn that they were not certified to sell their products in the United States. (As an aside, I tried another’s company’s chili infused chocolate in my hot chocolate but it had no effect at all-a surprise. Therefore, the search to find Heilmann’s.) But I finally did find this Equal Exchange Organic Spicy Hot Chocolate in a specialty shop. Though I’m not able to use it straight as it’s a bit too spicy by itself, I use the Dark Chocolate mix from Swiss Miss and put a heaping teaspoon of the spicy mix in the cup to make a wonderfully rich and spicy hot chocolate. It last very long if needed in the tin and retains its flavor. So purchasing three at a time is no problem.
