I have a hard time swallowing pills.** A: They are relatively medium to large capsules. I don't find them difficult to swallow at all, but I am someone who does not have trouble swallowing pills. **Q: I have never heard of zinc orotate. Doesn’t look like a good form of zinc. This came from using multivitamins that included B6--no B6 supplements. I had MS-like symptoms that gradually left after terminating the use of my multivitamin.
