I had a license plate light come broken (plastic clip) so had to modify it to get it to stay on. Customer service was very polite and prompt. The license plate holes are very far off - bizarre how far off. I ended up just self tapping screws. my truck is 20 years old and if i can get a few years out of this bumper that is OK with me. I plan to add extra paint on the inside of the bumper to help make it last longer. Also had a little bit of issues getting the screws in the middle, the holes in the plastic retainers seemed too small. compared to taking off my old rusty bumper (and a sawzall was involved!) the installation was a breeze.
