The amount of clips in this set would make one think they arecheap and trashy. But not so. They are actually really good quality.If anything some of them grip too strong, great if you have thickhair I guess but I wouldn't know about that having only beenblessed with fine silky hair where most grips just slide out andfall out. Not these, they grip, they grip so hard you could use themfor nipple clamps and get a laugh out of them or wince, guess we are all different.The colours are nice and neutral-ish,great to tart up an outfit. Theydo look a bit kitsch but in a good way.I imagine they would make alovely gift if repackaged in a box with some tissue paper.I use the pearl ones to hold the gap in my curtains together,the metalslide ones as bookmarks and the crocodile ones for all kind of thingseven my hair from time to time. All in all, do go for it, they are worth every penny.

These slides were part of a gift and were well received. A good variety of colours and styles and although you usually get what you pay for these are well worth their price point.... In fact you'd probably expect to pay a bit more.

Clips are a lot shorter than look. So only gather so much hair. Plus clips don't grip so much so always adjusting. The gold clips were better grip. Pretty but not great
