It heats well and does not get hard or clumpy. The flavor is not strong, but smooth. I liked Trader Joe's and they no longer make it so I needed to buy one with similar ingredients. This is close without high fructose syrup. The thickness pours well and I feel the cost is a good value.

-from ship packaging to taste of product this can only be described as superb! ive gotten other items in jars that came in broken. not so with this. this delicious quality sauce was packed carefully as carefully as they made the contents. the thick fudge sauce was perfectly balanced in flavor and not over powering in sugar, only compliments or completes the topping it was made to be and its organic....
