Potensic Customer Team ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little Drone *by B***A on May 22, 2021* This Drone is tough, easy to fly and powerful.I got this drone for the kids, they had other plans so I played with it..it is mine now they can get another one.I just a one battery use (comes with three) I was chasing the cat with it.You get just a few mins flight time per charge, charging takes about 20 mins.Grab a USB battery pack and find a large open space and have a blast.It is so lite that the A/C vent will blow it off course but never fear it can handle a crash.The only draw back is the app, the app wanted permissions it does not need (phone and others) and would not work without them.But the drone is fun without it...Maybe use a old unused phone for that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun and easy for kids. The only downfall is the battery life is extremely short. A fully charged battery gets you about 5-7 mins fly time. It comes with 3 so you can change them pretty easy but it becomes inconvenient. ### ⭐⭐⭐ The Potensic App you need for Android is named “Potensic toy” *by D***E on March 27, 2023* The drone works. However I have two complaints. 1- I can not switch it from mode 1 to mode 2. 2 - The bigger issues is that the app will not install. When I try to install it the play store responds that “this app isnt available for your device (note9) because it was made for an older version of Android”. So now I can not use the camera.
