I rarely write product reviews but I love this bread. If you are low carb/keto, or just trying to reduce your sugar intake, this is one of the best loaves out there.It has a great taste similar to whole wheat bread but it’s so versatile. A recommendation is to use this bread to make some low carb french toast that is packed with protein and if you are using butter and egg yolks, fats as well. Add that with some low calorie/zero sugar maple syrup and breakfast is set! Also great for making quick and easy sandwiches.I just wish I could find these in my local supermarkets and stores because this is going to be a continuing staple for me. You also get through three loaves quite quickly on this bread which is some good credit. When I’m having regular bread, it’s rare for me to finish all of it before it goes stale/bad but this bread is eaten as quickly as I get it.

I thought I would leave it a week or so before I leave a review, just to give me time to test it. I ordered 3 they came well packed and all in good condition, unlike some items I have ordered from other companies. When they arrived to be honest I thought bloody hell, I will need about 6 slices of these to fill me up! But I was so wrong! 2 slices is absolutely fine, I have usually only eat toast anyway but I think they would be fine as a sandwich, but this product has literally saved my bacon!! No eggy or grainy like others I have either brought or made. the texture is good toasted. they are chewy, but not a horrible chewy. It freezes well, I did separate mine into bags thinking it might stick together but it didn't. The only mistake I did make with my first loaf is I didn't put in the fridge as advised on pack and it went mouldy very quickly, so that was my fault. My ONLY grumble is one loaf has very big holes and fell to bits after toasting, considering there's not much of it in the first place you don't want to lose a bite! Anyway overall 10/10 considering it is a Lowcarb bread. Will definitely be ordering from now on.

Being on moderately low carb eating for around 3 years. We both craved a bacon butty and eggs with soldiers. We have both tried making many low carb breads to at least simulate the experience. Found this bread even though not all the ingredients are what we would like to find we decided, it would not kill us to indulge ourselves once in a while. Smelling the packages I knew this would be the nearest to ordinary bread that we have tried.We were not disappointed. We certainly would have accepted slightly less likeness so this exceeded our expectation. It toasts beautifully for soldiers and for scrambled eggs. Bacon butties, sheer heaven. This bread also freezes well. Be careful when toasting as this will burn quite quickly.We have found many good work arounds for most other carb staples, now we have found the last piece in the puzzle.Quite a high price point but we only wanted it for indulgent treats. We no longer have that deprived feeling. I was worried that it would not suit our guts as ordinary bread did in any large quantity but I cannot say this has affected us.

I was very dubious about the claims, as I’ve tried a number of recipes and already made products or mixes, which have disappointed.IMHO this is a great loaf, very soft, I (unlike some reviews) didn’t get any nasty aftertaste, the mouthfeel is like ordinary bread, however the swallowing is slightly harder than “real” bread.It holds together well, when adding liquids like ketchup to bacon sandwiches.It toasts fantastically, and crisps up nicely.My only main gripe, is the fact that the picture clearly shows a thicker slice, than what you actually get, and it makes it look like a normal sized loaf, which it is not, (its approximately 2/3 of the size of a normal loaf, and slice ) and the end crusts are a bit thick.I don’t think its great value, even as a specialist product, and would use it at its current price only to treat myself once a month.Having said that I think it’s the best alternative to bread I’ve ever had, so well done on coming up with a real alternative keto product!Suggestion apart from price, make a loaf compatible sized for breville type toasties.

When I opened the bag, I was so surprised that this bread smells exactly like the normal sliced breads that you would find in the supermarket! I’ve tried a few other brands in the past that smelt and tasted like cardboard and really put me off low-carb bread in general. I am so happy that this bread is not like that at all! This bread is so soft and tasted exactly like normal bread when I made a ham and cheese sandwich from it. It was also great toasted and it did not break apart or crumble like some reviewers have noted with their breads. I do think that this bread is slightly ‘airier’ than normal bread and less sweet in taste but the difference is very minimal. The size and thickness is also smaller than the average loaf, however, that is not an issue for me as I personally find it filling enough.Overall, I think this bread is amazing and definitely will be buying again and again. The only con is that it is quite expensive but so are most low-carb alternatives.

I like this bread simply because it's a great low carb substitute for regular bread and that's a big thing. It keeps me full and tastes absolutely fine as a sandwich. However, it's very expensive. That's my first qualm. £14 for 3 loafs isn't very economical. Secondly, it's small and thin (compared to a regular slice of bread). Thirdly, on its own (like toasted with just butter) it doesn't taste nice, sort of tastes like cardboard. But like I said, in a sandwich it's perfectly fine. The bottom line is, if you're trying to lose/manage your weight then this is a good substitute. I feel much lighter and less bloated now and even though it'll take time before my scale shows it, I honestly feel less...plump..so I'll def continue to buy this bread for that reason alone. I froze two loafs the day I received them and put the third in the fridge. I'm happy with this bread I just wish it wasn't so expensive!
