You should call Fishman customer service, they would have the answer. **Q: Will this fit on a Taylor 514ce guitar?** A: Yes Lotette H .it is good fit my baby Taylor guitar I had put on by my hand .sound good nice fit also **Q: Does this preamp come with a 9v battery?** A: It requires one but doesn't come with one.
