I wanted to contact the supplier - however as I was past my return date, I was unable to do so. I have now had an electric shock from this dryer three times and I wanted to contact the supplier to ask for a replacement but was unable to find any sort of link.Not a bad hairdryer but disappointed with possible safety issue.

Amazing quality hairdryer at an affordable price. Light enough weight to use without getting tired arms, yet still with a powerful motor and infrared technology. My hair has never looked so healthy. Very impressed. The diffuser is a good enough size for most hair, and the concentrator nozzle a good size too. Most impressive with the diffuser and nozzle is how firmly they fit - you're in absolutely no danger of knocking them off accidentally while you're using them. And, they don't get so hot when you're using them that you can't take them off or swap between them - they get warm, bit they don't get hot like many other hairdryers attachments do. Definitely recommend.

Big and heavy hairdryer, which makes it hard to handle. It heats up too much and emits an unpleasant smell. I would not recommend it for fine hair.

I loved this hairdryer so much I bought a second one so when I go away I’ve always got one to hand. It really works well on my hair delivery frizz free grey hair - which is no mean feat 😍

My daughter used this hairdryer once every 3 or 4 days. But after 1 year and 14 days, the hairdryer has started producing a burning smell (filter has been cleared) and my daughter, therefore, has been forced to stop using it.The hsirdryer claims to be professional, but i would disagree with that usuage.Really rather disappointed.
