Just some info it's 330mg PER BOTTLE. According to the label 2 drops = 11mg of zinc as citrate. First day using it and it has a sour taste but not disgusting, it's from the raspberry flavor; not my favorite berry but it doesn't taste horrible. Put under tongue for 10 sec. and done. EASY. You can also mix in beverages or food but follow the label. That's all for now thank you!

This supplement has been an easy and great addition to my daily Vitamins routine. So far I’ve noticed my ability to rest comes easier and I done wake up groggy or tired. The immune system benefits were my reason for purchasing this supplement, but I’d also recommend it for those needed extra help with getting restful sleep.

As a front line medical worker I am always on a routine of vitamins including zinc to prevent illness as much as I can. I am someone who gets nauseous from pills so easily that anytime a supplement comes in liquid I jump in trying it. Super happy with the easy to use dropper, flavor is tolerable, can’t say 100% of it really works because I’d have to take it long enough to compare against last year but I feel healthy!

For there, I took my first dose and noticed the taste was not off-putting, I was surprised and grateful that the flavor was do-able - no tart, with a hint of sweetness. Underneath the tongue you can feel a buzzing effect which feels like its taking effect into the immune system through the bloodstream. I really like the immunity benefits this Zinc dropper offers and the fact that zinc works well for the male body. I'm a satisfied customer and plan to get another bottle soon. I got this to help better support my immune system, as well as digestive help. Now, I've only been taking this a week, so I can't make any outrageous claims, but I WILL state that since adding this to my routine, I've felt more PIP in my step, and shortly after taking a feel like im more "awake/alert", which I've been LOVING! I have an underactive thyroid, absence of a gallbladder, and am on pain management for both hips. I'm in my 30s... so needless to say, I feel run down ALL the time, always in a fog,, and digestive issues are RIDICULOUS!!...seriously..try to SAVE your gallbladder before just removing it. Your digestive organs will thank you. So this supplement is exactly something I plan on using daily for as long as i can. It tastes great, and I even add it to my son's juice/water cup, and he enjoys it as well.

The taste is pleasant, a little tangy.After just the first day we both felt more energy and brain focus. I love the flavor of this product! It also gives me energy throughout the day. My husband thinks it tastes like sweet tarts. My kids like it as well. I have had a hard time finding a zinc they’d take.Edited to say I reduced this rating from 5 stars to two stars. The reason being, the first bottle I got was great!! It tasted great, gave my husband and I energy and we felt great. I got a second bottle because they tell you if you give them a good rating on here, they send you a free bottle. This bottle didn’t taste the same or look the same. It was cloudy and white and tasted chalky. I ordered one for my dad and he said he doesn’t feel a difference in his energy at all. I was so excited about this product and was planning on being a forever customer but now I’m bummed.

I hate taking liquid vitamins and supplements that taste awful, so I was pleasantly surprised by this Well Labs Zinc supplement. It tastes good. I definitely like the flavor, but it leaves a weird feeling and taste in my mouth as I am holding it under my tongue. It leaves an aftertaste as well, as if I have a mouth full of spare change. This weird aftertaste doesn't last longer than 4 to 5 minutes though, so I'm okay with taking it. I usually drink an ounce or 2 of juice or eat a few Keto baking chocolate chips afterwards to get rid of the aftertaste quicker. The directions say to take a dropper up to 2x a day, but I just take 2 droppers at one time cause I know I'll forget to take another one later. I've had no side effects. All in all, I'm pleased with this supplement, I just wish it came in a larger size as 2 oz. goes quickly.
