May need to do more days dependent on how bad the injury is. I find it is especially effective on skin breaks around the fingernails. They are painful but after a couple of treatments with Melagel the pain is gone and the injury is well on the way to healing. **Q: what country is this product made?** A: On the pot it says product of USA **Q: Do they sell it in cases ?** A: I'm sure you can, but you will probably have to go thru a Melaleuca, Inc dealer.
