Yes this scrapper is thin but it is STURDY and sharp! I bought two-1 for baking and the other to use for veggies and alliums. The ones I got were scratched up, I think desertcart could pack them better but that's just me wanting all the things I buy to be in nearly perfect condition. I did dye both my scrappers and it was super easy! This is a quality product and I can tell it will last. Pat dry and lay flat right after washing it, it may curl up a little but that does not impact performance.
