Cannot get oven to the required tempreture = Very very dissapointed with this product.
Have tried using multiple fuels, with zero success.Max tempreture of 160 / 180 degrees which won't cook anything.An expensive mistake,

Good value but temp drops quick
I purchased this direct from trueshopping and you must make sure you use the right fuel. Always hard wood pellets and keep feeding throughout to keep oven hot.Like the other review we got oven to 250 and then after the first pizza found the temp dropping down to 150We've overcome this by heating the pizza stone first in our oven at at temp of 230 for about 20minsYes it's a palaver bit for the price we paid we're happy!

Doesnt work
Doesnt get hot enough, pointless waste of money, have waited ages and not cooking anything. Disappointed as was 60th birthday present
