This is a quick read, a lyrical/poetic story about a brother and sister going out to play in the rain in all it’s glory. I enjoy the word play if “worm weather” over “warm weather”. Even though there are only a few words or sentences per page, there are many pages to this book, so it’s a very satisfying read. As someone who grew up on the west coast, the rain is very endearing for me and as a child playing in the rain is just a fact of life vs. a reason to hide indoors, so a book that shows how awesome our climate is is a win for me.
