Review: New line of dvds from Stott Pilates - I like their new line of Zenga dvds, they are very similar to what they offer in my gym as PiYo (Pilates Yoga Mix). This dvd offers several exercises that utilize the mini stability ball. I was a little bit disappointed that the mini stability ball that I already own (the smaller blue ball) did not work with this dvd, I had to purchase the bigger orange ball. Stott Pilates Mini Stability Ball . I tried using the blue ball, but it just did not work. Oh well, had to spend another $10. The description only said that you needed the Mini Stability Ball, so I did not realize that there are several different size Mini Stability Balls. I think that is my main complaint with the Stott dvds, they never really tell you on the package what exactly you need (the Foam Roller dvds only tell you that you need a Foam Roller, but not if it's the 18, 24 or 36 inch). You only find out after you started the exercises. But back to the workout. It is a really good dvd, with exercise that challenge flexibility, coordination, and balance. I wanted something that went further than just training my core and strength, because I think that many workouts neglect balance and flexibility. The Zenga line is perfect. And I do love using the Mini Stability ball, it is a great tool. The description said that this is a level 2 out of 5 workout and that there are 24 exercise or 53 minutes. This brings me back to my second complaint about Stott: the workouts are just never long enough and there are not enough repetitions per exercise. I usually have to do two dvds in a row to feel enough of a challenge. The instructors are great a s always and I do like the section that precedes the workout where they tell you how to do proper form, since that is a huge deal with Pilates. I have also ordered the second Zenga dvd, Zenga Power. I alternate them with the Stability Barre training and my regular Pilates dvds.
Review: Got the wrong thing twice - The DVD I received had the correct cover and the artwork printed on the disc itself also said it was the same workout, but when I played the DVD, it was a different workout. I returned the DVD, and received a replacement. The replacement was exactly the same. Both DVDs say that it is the Zenga flow, but the workout that plays on the DVD is Secret to a Stronger back.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Challenging Work Out

I bought this DVD in May 2017 and used it the first time in June and then again today, August 25, 2017. The exercises are challenging requiring balance and strength. While I don't dislike the DVD, I don't like it either and today I finally figured out why. THERE. IS. NO. MUSIC. I have been exercising in my home for 26 years and use DVDs with music which makes exercising more enjoyable and fun. I'll probably only use this DVD when I want something different.
