Love the look of this chair' vut was missing some parts when I got it. I called, emailed, web searches...everything. website doesn't exist, phone just rings then hands up and email bounces back. Don't buy!

I LOVE IT!
The media could not be loaded. I’m working from home and wanted a stylish chair to match my desk. OMG!!! When I say easy assemble??!!! It probably took me all of 30 minutes, instructions were very clear. Now let’s talk about comfort and support….I literally sit in my chair 7hrs out of an 8hr day and It’s nothing but comfortability for my tush and supportiveness for my back. And not to mention it’s so cute, elegant and stylish. If I could give 10 stars I would! It is definitely a must buy and worth the money! I’m extremely pleased!

Chair looks nice, all plated pieces damaged
The seat is comfortable enough. It seems like it doesn't lean back far enough regardless of adjustment. However if I had seen this piece in a store, and it wasn't severely discounted as a result of the damage, there's no way anyone would have bouth this.Anything with gold plating had several damaged areas.We clearly live in a "ship to the customers door" era, so one would think companies would start packing their items accordingly. Clearly not the case here.

Beautiful, comfortable chair.
I shopped around a lot for a blue office chair. This one is a really beautiful chair. Very comfortable and sturdy. Very easy to put together. All the screws lined up with no issues. The 5 wheels clicked into place easily. My young child assembled it for me in about 20 minutes. It supports my back and shoulders very well in this new world of covid where we're all working from home. The lever raises and lowers the chair easily. The padding and chair back are comfortable and firm, which is what I prefer for lumbar and upper back support. The finish on the metal is a brass / warm gold (satin, not super shiny). There are no reviews yet on this chair, but I'm very happy I took a chance and bought it. I'm very happy with this purchase. I will definitely buy again if we need one.

Worst purchase made ever
That is the most worst purchase that ever made. Very painful to assemble cause one of the crews that fix the arm is loose and can't be aligned at all with the other arm. I used it for a month and now I had to throw it cause it is not comfortable at all zero support. Zero connfort.

Comfortable
Chair arrived well packaged - it was actually hard to get the packaging apart - so the scratches and flaws you can see in the photos were definitely present when it was packaged. Their quality control needs improvement. But I've decided to keep it instead of returning because it is comfortable and I don't want to deal with the hassle of taking it apart and repackaging. It was easy to assemble - took maybe 15min.

Comfortable and stunning.
The only negative is that I thought it was white. It is a cream color. But it adds to my eclectic style. The chair is easy to assemble. It is very comfortable. My husband and I have bought many very expensive office chairs and this one surpassed in comfort and style. It squeaks a little but I work with music on. Overall I am very satisfied and impressed with this purchase.
