Initial impressions of the Growatt TP100Power Cord: 6 foot long with 3 prungs.Driver: Very solidly mounted onto the board - I will use its bracket it as my main mounting point. The driver connects to the light via a plug, so if you want to remove the driver and install an extension, this should be be useful.Power Draw: 122.8 watts as measured by my meter over 1 hour period.LEDs: 224 leds in the warmer range, as the advertised 3500K.Heatsink: Very solid nice looking material. The two end caps are screwed on but other than that, it’s a one piece aluminum Heatsink. The Heatsink front and back also act as a shroud to direct the light downwards. This is a major plus for me because, I will be keeping this light in my living room and the shroud blocks eye contact with the LED’s As you can see from the pictures. The Spider Farmer SF-1000 and the Growatt panels are both on, yet you can’t see the LED’s on the Growatt. Note: the Growatt is at a lower hight than the Spider Farmer, but I think the picture is useful to illustrated the effectiveness of the shroud.At a price of ~60 USD this light is a crazy good deal. And I wouldn’t be surprised if it goes up to the 90-95 dollar range once it gets some more reviews.Cons-The screws used to mount the driver to the mounting bracket/ board are the pointy type, not rounded off. Although, they are for the most part out of the way, I would have preferred the be rounded off of cut flushed.Heat: the panel does run warm. After an hour the driver was hot to the touch. My Etekcity IR thermometer readout shows 130* F plus or minus 10* depending on the location of the driver. The Heatsink also shows very similar temperatures. My mounting location already had a fan on it, and with the fan running, the temperatures fell to 105~ degrees F on the Heatsink and 110~ on the driver.I’ll start planting all my summer seeds under this light in the next day or two, so hopefully I should be able to follow-up on this review by the end of May 2020 to write about the results.

I wanted to take the time to rewrite my review and be fair. I would like to state that the 3 stars is for the product, i would like to state that through my frustration with this product, the seller did try to compensate me by sending me free products, and were pretty persistent to fix the problem. I've bought two of these lights so far and I have had a total of 3 of them. The first one I got is still rocking and amazing, plants love it....the second and third not so much. 2nd light came scratched, redrilled holes on the driver mount and one of the diodes was dead, the replacement for that was a little better at first. Came scratched, screws loose and stripped on ballast mount, all covered in glue. At this point I said "whatever" as long as it works, by day 3 of the replacement it was flickering on and off constantly. Wont be buying more of these and am sending them back. I'll probably buy from a big brand or build my own.

Bought 2 for use in a single 3' x 1.5' x 2.5' vivosun grow tent. Roughly 200w and a perfect fit! Replaced a single Durolux 100w 2' led 6000k grow light. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality for the price on this lamp. Very nice and professional quality. For the price it can't be beat. Not much more to be said other than its a steal at $60.00! I highly recommend this to any one with a suitable environment.

This light is well constructed and puts out a nice warm white spectrum. It has a thick heat sink and includes hangers. The spread is not very wide as it is essentially a 4 inch strip light. All LEDS are white, there are no additional red or IR LED's included. It's comparable to other 100w SMD lights on the market just rectangular in shape. I hope to see more in stock some day.

Gets really hot on top of the fact it kinda pulses like it's non dimmable LEDs on a dimmer
