I PURCHASED THIS TO KEEP MY SEAWALL FROM DEVELOPING HOLES FROM THE RAIN. I PUT IN NEW TOPSOIL EVERYWHERE I WAS TO PLANT AND FERTILIZED THE TOPSOIL PER THE MFG SUGGESTED AMOUNT THEN PLANTED THIS WORTHLESS SEED. NOTHING AND I REPEAT NOT A SINGLE BLADE OF GRASS CAME UP.
