As expected, the basket arrived folded so it took some effort to bring it back to round shape, but again, this was in the description so I was expecting it. The basket is nice and sturdy, and looks really good with my new plant. It did have a couple of loose pieces of thread which I trimmed off but that’s not a major thing

This is a nice product. It looks good, is well made and I think it will last a long time. The only issue is that it's shipped flat and so far, no amount of manipulating it has resulted in it becoming the circular item it's supposed to be. In other words, it's supposed to be round but it's not. The result is that it looks a little off holding a potted plant and it would look better holding that plant if it was round. We borrowed a small kickball from a neighbor and currently have it inside the basket and hopefully that will help bring it's shape to where it should be. We'll see.

Love this planter, because it doesn't scratch hardwood floors. It just won't ever get round. Even tried ironing out the two edges formed from shipping flat but steam didn't help. It looks OK, just not really round.

When they showed up they were exact color shade as picture showed online

The description says the basket comes with a liner to prevent damage when using it as a planter however the inside is not lined. Unable to use for plants as intended.

Cute enough but I can’t get it round again. It’s kind of buckled in on one side toward the bottom. It came flattened in shipping (yay for less packing materials, booo for losing its shape). I do with it was a bit stiffer and stayed round. It’s cute - I bought the red one but I probably wouldn’t purchase another rope pot again. It’s the only Potey product I didn’t love.

I don’t like the fact that there’s a huge mistake on the front, I wish I could turn it around but then the end of the line shows so it’s lopsided ☹️ It’s very thick and sturdy, definitely worth the price but disappointed in the fact that they would send out a product that’s visibly faulted.

Love this Potey Cord Rope Potter it is absolutely perfect for my 6" snake plant. I have placed it in my living room beside my brick fire place and it looks beautiful. It brings in a modern/rustic touch.

we like it, it turned out to be a bit small for our plant (our fault) but we're now using it as a toy bin and really like it!
