Perfect griddle lines
Only used it once and it grilled perfectly two deep steaks . Had crusty residue on it . I had seasoned the pan before hand . It had stuck bits on it too which I just put hot water in it to cool tha pan ,went eat the steak then came back and it cleaned up great with just a wipe , rewiped oil and stored done . Cheers Garry

Very Nice Pan, Stainless Steel and Not Cast Iron
This is a great pan, small and not too heavy. Not what I expected as I bought based on being cast iron, but for the price I'll keep it. Amazon please review your description it may save other people from returning something that you've incorrectly advertised !

perfect
exactly as advertized. grills meat and veg to perfection and can be cured like cast iron skillets without having to worry about rust or other inconveniences. feels sturdy and high quality.

Wow Burgers came out perfect and Rump steak nice BBQ taste very solid ok for 1 person a tad on small side.
