I bought them specifically for a 3 day wheeling trip deep in the Panama Jungle. A lot of shaking going on, and no spills. And the fit nicely in the spare tire rack without hitting the body of the Jeep. As far as ease of use goes, they have good things and bad things; the good is how they have the filter thing set up, so that if you are carrying them outside, and have them locked in, it would be hard to syphon the gas out of them without finding a way to unlock the rack; the down comes mainly from the spout. I just hate the type of safety spout you need to pull in for it to start letting gas through. I miss the old type where you just poured! These were a pain to get the gas into the jeep (especially considering where the Jeep YJ has the gas fill port!). I had to bend over backwards to get the fuel to the Jeep. But overall, I am happy with the purchase. In fact, I plan to purchase 2 water tanks now to have the water outside for shorter trips (leaving more room for gear inside). Review: Great but replace the spout - Very durable…not a fan of the “locking” spout so I’ll be replacing that with the old school style ones but no complaints other than that ## Features - Ideal for off-roading, overlanding, camping, ATVs, UTVs, and trucks. - Leakproof: Seamless construction and secure sealing prevent leaks, even in demanding off-road conditions. - Crush-Resistant: Crafted with three-layer rotational molding technology, for superior durability. - Convenient: Quickly remove and reattach the container to the base, with a simple twist-and-lock motion. - Flat, Space-Saving Design: Unlike traditional jerry cans, RotopaX containers are thin and rectangular, making them easier to mount on roof racks, bed racks, tailgates, spare-tire carriers, and UTV roll cages. - Modular & Stackable: Bolt together multiple packs into one secure stack, on a single base mount. - Made in the USA - EPA & CARB Compliant - Capacity: 3 US gallons. Dimensions: 16" H x 15" W x 4 1/2" D - Mount sold separately. Compatible with RotopaX mounting systems. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07WLP9XHD | | Best Sellers Rank | #17,230 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #32 in Gas Cans | | Brand | RotopaX | | Brand Name | RotopaX | | Capacity | 3 gallons | | Color | Red | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 608 Reviews | | Fuel Type | Gasoline | | Item Dimensions W x H | 4.5"W x 16"H | | Item Weight | 5.2 pounds | | Manufacturer | RotopaX | | Material | Plastic | | Model Number | RX-3G | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Part Number | RX-3G | | Product Dimensions | 4.5"W x 16"H | | UPC | 685717077684 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** RotopaX - **Color:** Red - **Item Weight:** 5.2 pounds - **Material:** Plastic - **Product Dimensions:** 4.5"W x 16"H ## Images ![3 Gallon Gasoline Pack - Leakproof Portable Fuel Container, Red - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/719hjztyOSL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does it come with a venting spelt** A: No **Q: Can you travel cross country with the 3 gallon secured on its side?
