I am taking 2 a day with water and making sure not on an empty stomach. I have pretty severe arthritis ad nsaids have done a number on my stomach over the years, and don't really help much. The Deep Blue is amazing! I wake up most mornings with NO pain. My hips and spine are very bad and lying down causes a lot of pain. I am sleeping better and waking up able to move and walk. Would highly recommend - but please, check with your doctor first, especially if you are taking other traditional meds. doTerra states these are safe, but if you are taking other meds, talk to your doctor.
