Great product

Ive been installing car audio for 28 years. I’ve used several of these radios. Do they fit older cars, yes, but that’s it. The audio is sub par, the controls are cheap, the plastic is garbage. Quality, features, controls, connectors, and the audio compares to the knock off no name brands you see for $40 here on Amazon.Recently I purchased one and when I opened the package it was missing 1 knob. I contacted Retro Manufacturing 2:30pm the same day. They stated they would ship out the missing knob that day. I waited 2 weeks for knobs to arrive….no knob. I contacted them asking for a tracking number, or if they haven’t shipped, to ship it and provide tracking. The rep stated they will look into it and get back to me “ASAP”. Another week has passed, still “looking into it” and that has conveniently pushed me past my return period where Amazon could be of help. Luckily I used my Discover Card. I’m going to give Reto Manufacturing another 24hrs to sit on their hands before I dispute the charge.Retro Manufacturing's customer service is just as awful as the radios they sell.
