does not work
this came with a battery but did not work. I assumed it needed a new one so I replaced it (had to go to hardware store, etc) well guess what? it still didnt work. waste of money

Great Replacement
I have a Bose SoundTouch 20 and the remote quit working. This remote works great right out of the box. The buttons feel and look just like the original. The back had some scratches like other reviews said but nothing horrible. This is my garage gym stereo so the scratches aren’t a big deal. Works great and good price.

Nice Remote
It arrived on time and in perfect condition. Works perfectly. Buttons do need a bit of a firm push to activate, but that is good so you do not press a button without wanting to. It does not come with a 2032 battery, as is kind of mentioned. I usually have a good stock of batteries, so it was no big deal. Works across the room about 25 feet away with no issues.

Works But...Used Remote with Dead Battery
Got it work after running to the store for new CR 2032 battery. Shows obvious signs of use like scratches and rubs on the back and IR window. I plan to keep, not worth the hassle of returning and buying another. If you're looking for a 'new' remote with a good battery, you may want to spend a few bucks more and buy elsewhere.
