## Description

The perfect accessory for bringing smoky aroma and flavor to your culinary and mixology creations! The elegantly simple Gramercy Kitchen Co. smoke infuser machine brings that perfect finishing touch to your meat or drink in less than a minute. Smokers can be incredibly cumbersome - but here, there is nothing complicated or digital, and there is no need for a big propane grill or BBQ. Simply grab a cover or dome you already have in your kitchen, place the meal you'd like to smoke on a plate or cutting board, cover the food or drinks you want to smoke, place the injection hose under the dome, and fire the chips. Smoke will billow out of the injection hose will billow into your dome. Remove the injection hose and let your creation sit under the dome for as little as two minutes or as many as fifteen. This cold or cool smoking technique as it is known does not change the temperature of your dish, so it won’t ruin the perfect edge-to-edge sous vide cooking. A great addition to any camping or backpacking trip as well - easy to pack and use on the go, and our exclusive storage bag keeps everything together. Easy to use, just insert a few wood chips - we recommend hickory or mesquite for most drinks or foods - especially meats such as steaks, fish, beef jerky or even a Thanksgiving turkey breast. But you can use your own creativity depending on the item - and in 30 seconds or so you will have upped your culinary or mixology game and wowed your guests. You are on your way to an amazing evening…full of Gramercy. Includes a black velvet storage bag and specially designed cleaning brush exclusive to our product NOTE: When you use your smoker, make sure to only let it run long enough to fill up the receptacle that will capture the smoke. Our smoker is not designed to run continuously for several minutes and it only needs to run for 30-60 seconds to fill up your smoke receptacle. (wood chips not included)

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do you smoke the steak before or after cooking it ?**
A: Hello,

You can smoke either before or after for preference but we usually smoke right before serving.

Aryz
Gamercy Kitchen Co.

**Q: I did not receive the downloadable recipe guide. Looked on the website, searched google but nothing! Where is the recipe guide?**
A: The free downloadable recipe usually sent to your Amazon messages and not through email. Check your Account and then Message Center. That's where I got the links that the seller sent after the purchase.

**Q: received today, Has a rattle inside.? Cannot get the batteries to fit and still has a rattle. Will probably return if i cannot get it to work.**
A: I’m not sure why your batteries won’t fit. It’s a tight squeeze for me but the fit. Check they’re positioned correctly. The rattle is the fan in the inside.

**Q: Where can you get replacement mesh filters?**
A: most any smoke shop seems to have something that will work...even hardware stores sometimes have filter screens.
