All knives come super sharp. Big one is a great kitchen knife, slices with ease and has enough weight and good grip to work well with lots of stuff. I will take great care using these sharp beauties - although I can even cut myself with dull knives! But these are a delight to hold, with thin blades, which I prefer, and incredibly sharp!
