This product is made of fine volcanic rock, which means there is only a low risk of constipation in the animals. It can be used in vivariums/terrariums or around the home and garden. Safety Warning Keep out of reach of children. Use gloves and protective mask during use. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not throw into toilet or drainage systems.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Crested geckos okay on this?**
A: I use it for leopard geckos and Beardies in a drier state. I'm sure you can use it for cresties as well as its great for bioactive setup. 
 Just make sure you keep it moist. It is a very very good substrate in my opinion and probably the best loose substrate with regards to impaction risks.

**Q: Does this substrate have bugs in it**
A: No bugs in this.

**Q: Anyone else keep finding hair in this ???**
A: It’s not hair x

**Q: is this suitable for hognoses?**
A: Yes, it should be absolutely fine for any arid reptile.
