A very strong mount that fits neatly in front of my rearview mirror. I can still hang my handicap placard behind it. I gave 4 stars because the directions were not clear. I could not find an attachment to slide into the slot on the top of my Rove r2-4k. I had repackaged everything to send it back when I decided to look at the Amazon description and photo to make sure I had not missed anything and to make sure I read correctly that it fits my device. That is when I saw the u-shaped fitting in the photo I needed to use and that I did not need a new piece (of the many pieces provided) to slide into the slot on the top of my device. Once I figured this out, I was able to find the u-shaped piece and attach it to the device. I actually used the photo in the Amazon description to put it all together. I suggest that if the advertisement specifically states it fits a certain popular device that there be better instructions for that device.
