My tolerance was far better and I felt normal despite the weather. Placebo effect has never worked on me, neither hypnotism or even most medicines because my body just voids it like it were air. When my hands and arms began tingling and getting numb during the night i was excited to see the blood circulation supplement. It has helped tremendously! It does take about a month or so to really get in your system but now, after 6 months i of consistent use they rarely fall asleep anymore. I take 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. I can tell a big difference if i skip a dose.
