I was so surprised at how quiet it was when it sewed. I am impressed with all the saved embroidery patterns that there were already in the machine. I have used several. It sews the alphabet like it is doing anything else. It sews everything so easy and so nice. The alphabet fonts are so beautiful. it doesn't slow down on anything. I did notice that it doesn't like to sew jean fabric. I broke 5 needles at the start. I finished sewing the jeans with an old workhorse machine i had. I will use this one for everything else. I love it.

I bought this machine for my son as a birthday gift, who wants to add embroidery to his future shop. He is a Marvel fanatic, so the choice was very easy. I've created a monster! I also own a Brother sewing machine and stand by the brand. Meets all expectations and more!

I love this machine! So far I have only used it for sewing but it is quiet and easy to use. I have zero issues with it and have had it for nearly 2 months. It replaced my Singer Quantum Stylist which lasted maybe 3 years. This has so many features I was looking for and being able to be a back for my SE1900 was a plus.

As I opened the box all the items are missing. I also could not insert the needle because there is a metal piece that will not allow it. Do not buy bc it’s not worth the money.

Let's start out with the obvious.. the Marvel model is just a gimmick that will sell very few machines. In fact the Stickers they supply to decorate your machine are just tacky and really limit the appeal of the hardware. Can not imagine there is a person that sews out there that would buy the machine based on the Marvel connection.Let's get past the gimmicks and get down to the hardware. The 4x4 hoop is small and really limits the machines uses. For a few dollars more you can get a larger hoop that is really useful.I like the fact that you can import designs via usb port.If you are used to using other brand machines block the location of the foot lift on the right in th he center may not be to your liking. It not accessible via left hand so that limit your ability to control the machine with both hands.The hoop has center alignment marks and a plastic overlay that do not agree on the center position of the work piece.Overall as an embroidery machine the quality seens good. Better than I had expected.With all this type of machine, the devil in the details. From the backing you select to the age of the embroidery thread all plays a roll in the machines performance. Find a local shop that can advise, maintain and teach you how to use your machine is a must. You will get better results and have a more positive experience.I have not tried sewing with it but I expect the quality to be as equil to the embroidered stitches.It definitely has some design items I would prefer done differently, but all in all, the overall build quality is reasonable.Printed Documentation is difficult to read and understand mostly because they refer to pictures that are too small to see. Go online and download the PDF's. The online manual is Much easier to read and see details on drawings.Honestly I was surprised at how good the quality of this machine is.Guess time will tell if it can stand up to the pounding an embroidery machine takes.

First embroidery machine, easy to use and fun to create with it. Love the needle threader, much easier then my regular sewing machine threader.
