A lot of exfoliating creams, powders, lotions, and soaps really STRIP away the skin and oil (at least they feel like they do). It's a much more gentle--or perhaps a better word is a PRECISE exfoliating process with this one.You can tell it's only clearing off dead skin, unclogging pores (and possibly shrinking them) without actually damaging or being abrasive to the dermis itself. This is how exfoliation is supposed to work and I think that it helps make other anti-aging creams, (especially retinol where I have the most experience) much more effective.I have naturally fairly oily skin, but I can see this being gentle enough for more moderate conditions and contexts as well.Sincerely: highly recommended! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cleanser for traveling *by E***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 1, 2019* Love love love this cleanser!
