" **Q: How are these produce of Mexico if they're picked in California?** A: I can guess it's cheaper to have them processed in Mexico, and sent back to the US. **Q: Are these sulfite free?** A: Sulfites are preservatives and since they are not listed on the package ingredients, one would assume that none have been added. You may want to contact the company directly if you have an allergy though. **Q: Are there alot of loose seeds in the bag?** A: The package that I received had a few loose seeds but in general, the peppers were intact. Now, cut one open and expect there to be seeds all over the kitchen! Would definitely purchase again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are my favorite chiles so far.. *by T***R on June 8, 2025* These are wonderful chiles..I was purchasing the Carolina Reapers and the scorpions..I believe the Chile Arbols are something like 750 on the heat scale..and the others are 2.2 million..even though the 2,2 million on the Carolina Reapers and Scorpions are delicious..lying on the bathroom floor for an hour wondering if you can get up to call an ambulance to get you to the hospital to have your stomach pumped is not an option..I did cut them down in salsa just one per 16 oz of tomato sauce..and I did not have that problem..For those who complain that there are too many chiles per pack..What planet are you from? These chiles come in 4 oz, 8 oz and 16 oz In case you were wondering..the less ounces..the less chiles....if you have any problems with too many..you could always give them away or share with someone else..
