Any of the kinds of orchard or garden sprayers you can get at the hardware store or on Amazon would work. Adjust the nozzle so the spray is half way between a jet stream and a mist. I used a 3 gallon Solo hand pump sprayer. Maybe I had to refill it once, I can't remember. If you have taller trees or more of them a bigger and/or more powerful sprayer might be required. The three gallon sprayer when full weighed about 26 or 27 pounds. If that is too heavy for you use a smaller one. I sprayed in early spring. Some books recommend spraying after leaf drop in the fall. Maybe this year I'll do both. It only took about twenty-five minutes (three minutes per tree plus a minute or two of mixing time). **Q: Can this be used in a hose end sprayer?** A: Yes, it should work fine in a hose end sprayer. **Q: Can this be use in organic gardening?** A: Yes. My garden is only organic. But you don't use it on the plants that are ready to have fruits. Don't use it on green salad like arugula.spinach etc. **Q: Can use this with loquat trees? How many oz. per gallon.** A: Why would you need it for your loquat tree. I’m in Southern California and my loquat trees are not effected by anything they seem to be really hardy. Curious to you location and what’s wrong with your tree. I know loquats don’t do well with a lot of water.
