Haven't tried the supplements yet so not sure if they work. I didn't get any instructions/guide with my order which is weird cause I feel knowing how and when to take them is probably something important to know and should be included. So I had to look it up on the shredz website where I should've just ordered the supplements to begin with and the supplements do come with a guide, workout program, etc.

I purchased the Shredz alpha female stack about two months ago and have used it ever since. I was one of those people looking for a jump start for the beginning of my weight loss journey. I started at 221 and am currently at 194. I started out looking for a quick fix but that isn't what Shredz is. The Shredz stack is way better then a quick fix, it motivates for a lifestyle change on all levels. The burner and detox together helped to suppress my out of control appetite, the toner helped me before the gym, and the BCAA's kept me going through my workouts as well as helped with the soreness after! I found the weight loss plans super informative and it really made me think about how my lifestyle needs to change. Shredz has helped me commit to a healthy lifestyle and stick with it. I would absolutely suggest this product to any of my friends or family. The results speak for themselves.

This product made me very sick. I received the order around 7-10 July and when I opened the box, the bottles were piping hot which simply means they were exposed to extreme heat causing the contents to be compromised. I was sick for weeks and just now feeling like myself again. Wasted $125 dollars as I ended up throwing them out. Would not purchase again!!

I like the Product but it really don't last 30 days cuz each bottle of pills are different say take 3 at a time an 2 an 2 for the other 2 bottles I don't take that many pills cuz that's to much an they are big not worth the money I spent for such little
