It is obvious that they care about their customers. I have changed my review to 5 stars for their customer service! So glad my daughter will be able to try these afterall!---------I bought this as a gift for my 14 year old daughter, whom is very interested in trying treats from different countries. Unfortunately, when I opened the envelope it was shipped in, I was disappointed to discover the box was torn on the back. I didn't feel comfortable letting her eat these, because inside, the candies are loose, not bagged. So, I threw them away. You don't get a lot and it is only in tiny, bite sizes. I'm used to so much better. If you have a Middle Eastern store in your town, I suggest going that route. It was literally everywhere. I'm glad I got the teeny tiny box to try because we couldn't have choked down much more of this stuff. The flavor in the jelly was muted, there is no other word to describe how blah they were. I think they were supposed to be mix fruits but it all tasted like lemon. The top of the box lifted up and there was a piece of wax paper on top of the candy and they were just there in the box. No bag, no way to contain all that corn starch.
