Interesting idea.
I read a review of this stuff in a newspaper article about vitamin supplements to give you more energy. The idea is that as a liquid the vitamins are more quickly and efficiently absorbed into the body, especially under the tongue. On reading about B12 the body will only absorb what it needs so you won’t over do it like with Vitamin C etc.The small bottle is well packaged and delivered quickly via 3rd party seller. It’s tastes quite nice but for such a small amount per spray It doesn’t matter. The dosage is one spray per day.I’ve tried this product for about 2 weeks and can’t say I feel like I’ve got more energy. But potentially just need to use it for longer.Overall I think it’s a nice idea and I’m tempted to try the vitamin C version.If anyone finds this helpful I’ll update after I’ve finished the bottle.

Blood test results proved it worked for me!
My GP recommended a vitamin B spray as after months of taking vitamin B tablets (with a high mg) my levels hadn't improved at all. Thanks to this spray they rapidly improved from far too low to being in the normal range. I continue to use the spray to make sure they don't drop again.I am super fussy about food/drink and was pleased to find this spray has a nice fruity taste.As others have pointed out, it is a bit strange that using it once a day means it takes longer to finish a bottle than the recommended "use within" but I carried on anyway. I would say the taste alters a bit over time, but isn't unpleasant.

Really easy way to get vitamins without feeling like I’m rattling from lots of supplements! Tasted fine and I’m pretty sure it’s working and I’m feeling more energised but it could be too soon to really tell. Either way, it must be doing some good as it’s vitamin!

A very good product.
I've been using this B12 for a while now. I love that it's vegan, gluten free and organic. Methylcobalamin is supposed to be one of the easiest forms of B12 to absorb. I just spray it under my tongue and leave it for 30 seconds. It tastes divine. My only issue with it is that it says to consume within 60 days so unless there are more than one of you you'll be using it past that date.
